Return & Refund

1. General Policy for Digital Services

Because CODENVA provides high-level engineering labor, consultation, and custom software development, our services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. We allocate dedicated engineering hours, cloud architecture resources, and project management time that cannot be returned.

2. Milestone Payments

For large-scale enterprise or SaaS builds, we operate using a milestone-based payment structure. Upon completion and client approval of a defined milestone (e.g., Wireframes, MVP delivery), the payment for that milestone becomes fully non-refundable.

3. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the rare event of severe failure to deliver the agreed-upon technical specifications outlined in the Statement of Work (SOW) due solely to our fault. Such refunds will be negotiated directly and prorated based on the unfinished portion of the project.

4. Deposits

Initial project kick-off deposits are entirely non-refundable. This deposit secures your spot in our development queue and covers immediate architectural discovery sessions and setup costs.

5. Third-Party Costs

Any costs associated with third-party software licenses, cloud hosting providers (e.g., AWS, Vercel), or premium assets procured specifically for your project are non-refundable under any circumstance.
